Total Control

The RCS GPC compressor and condenser controller provides efficient control for single or multiple stage compressors, together with multiple condenser fan systems.
Easy configuration of the system allows selection of a large variety of compressor and condenser combinations.
Condensers have an option of floating head pressure control, allowing system optimization.
A night time setback facility is available.

System Integration

The RCS GPC compressor condenser controllers can be used as stand alone units, and may be interrogated using the RCS Hand Held Unit. They

can also be connected to the RCS System Manager via the RS485 network. This provides remote interrogation and setup facilities, as well as recording alarms and logging data.
Individual Control

The electronics package comprises of a control board and LED display, and can be supplied in an enclosure or board only format.
The GPC97 controller requires separate I/O relays for control of high voltage contactors. The GPC2000 controller is supplied with integral relays for direct connection to contactors.
The GPC controller also supports a number of different types of pressure transducers.

Three 3½ segment LED displays for local indication of suction and discharge pressures, with 28 status LEDs

System Manager Communications-
The unit is linked to the RCS System Manager via an RS485 2-wire connection for data collection, alarm handling and remote
interrogation.
Supports the RMS protocol

Setup-
Default operational values are selected via bit switch settings.
The unit can also be setup from the RCS System Manager, or using a Hand Held Unit.
The unit operating settings and real-time clock are backed up by battery in the event of power failure. Operating settings are
also automatically backed-up by the RCS System Manager

Mechanical-
Available in a board only format for integration into clients own control panels, or in a robust metal enclosure.
