ROVER MONITORING RANGE
Versatile and adaptable monitoring

The RCS Rover Monitoring Range fulfills all of your monitoring requirements, when used in conjunction with any RCS System Manager. Rover units can be configured to monitor a wide varying selection of analogue and digital inputs, such as:

- Can monitor a wide variety of inputs

- Suitable for many applications

- RF Wireless Communications

- Available in a range of  formats

- Simple control strategies
possible

Temperature Pressure
Humidity      Gas Level
Flow   Fault Inputs
Current Consumption

Equipment Operation

Simple control strategies for BMS systems and refrigeration control systems can also be implemented

Some of the Rover Monitoring Range

Rover 8 Channel - Provides eight analogue inputs, four digital outputs, four digital inputs
Rover 16 Channel - Provides sixteen analogue inputs, eight digital outputs, eight digital inputs

Adaptable Control and Configuration

Rover units are connected to the RCS System Manager via the RS485 communications network. The system manager then collects and logs all the analogue and digital information from the Rover units. The RCS System Manager can also activate certain digital outputs on any Rover unit, depending on the values received.
This give the ability to perform simple control strategies.

Radio Communications Link

Rover units are available with an optional RF wireless communications link. This allows installation of monitoring equipment without having to install communications network cabling. This can greatly reduce installation costs and time scales, especially during Supermarket refits and refurbishments.
This is achieved by installing one RF Switcher unit at a central location, which is directly connected to the communications network. Rover units with RF capability can then be freely distributed around the installation
