The Radford Control Systems Promulgator. A simple to use remote vocal alarm warning system. The Promulgator has five speech messages, these messages are recorded by the user and are therefore specific to the application. Message one is a general address message, the remaining 4 messages are connected to four triggers (digital or voltage). When a trigger point is activated the Promulgator will dial in order of priority up to four different telephone numbers and will continue to dial out until it receives a response. When a response is detected the Promulgator will deliver the initial address message followed by the specific message associated with the trigger point. When the Promulgator detects an acknowledgement from the person receiving the call (in the form of a button press), it will log the action and return to stand-by mode. Until this acknowledgement it will continue to search for a reply, this cuts out the possibility the message being relayed to automated answering equipment. Simple to use and install the Promulgator only requires access to a telephone point and power, the unit is fully battery backed and remotely programmable if required.
